Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your engagement with RoVeli Tech for software development services. By initiating contact or entering into a project agreement with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

RoVeli Tech provides web development, mobile application development (including React Native), fullstack development, and cloud deployment services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Project agreements

Each project starts with a written agreement (via email, Upwork contract, or other platform) that defines the scope of work, milestones, deadlines, and payment terms. Any changes to the agreed scope must be discussed and confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified per project. Work may begin after an initial deposit or milestone payment is received, as agreed. Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is settled.

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and assets produced for a project are transferred to the client. RoVeli Tech retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools used in development remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business logic, and project details as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written consent. We are happy to sign an NDA if required.

7. Limitation of liability

RoVeli Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and do not affect projects already under agreement.
